FASA is back with our traditional chicken adobo and mango smoothie fundraiser! What is adobo? Filipino Adobo is a popular dish that involves meat, seafood, or vegetables marinated in vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic, which is browned in oil, and simmered in the marinade. It's considered the unofficial national dish of the Philippines!
